to our attention that certain claims are being made within the
food industry
that Mr. John Smart, of Smart and Company, is a partner with Steve Twitty and
that Mr. Smart was somehow linked to the development
of technology related to baked stackable snack chips. At no time in the past
or present has Mr. Smart been Mr. Twitty's partner. In addition, Mr. Smart has had
absolutely no technical input into the development of this patent pending
process. Any claims to the contrary are categorically false.
